Summary Providing outstanding customer service to all, our budtenders assess the needs of each patient and delivers phenomenal customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Must be positive and welcoming.

Assist patients with selecting the products most appropriate for their needs. Provide appropriate questions and incorporate patient responses into an individualized patient consultation. Provide a comprehensive overview of our selection of our products to new patients. Stay current on product knowledge and share that knowledge with patients and co-workers.

Must be familiar with various methods of consumptions. Meet and exceed patient expectations for service. Effectively address patient concerns and complaints. Be professional in appearance, actions and verbal communications.

Ensure cleanliness of the medicine stations. Keep your station stocked and organized. Example: paper bags, stickered bags, writing utensils, counterfeit pens etc. Keep the budroom floor clean and organized. Example: Display cases are cleaned, font and faced.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MJ Freeway Internet software.
